淋膜模具
產品說明：
模頭流道形式：采用支管式設計，配合特殊內堵式寬幅調節裝置
模唇調節方式：上模唇采用手動（自動）全推式彈性微調/手動（自動）推拉、式微調
寬幅調節方式：具有縮減厚邊的內堵式拉桿調節裝置，可在線連續調節模具寬幅，大化節約成本。
模頭表面鍍硬鉻，流面鉻層厚度0.03-0.04mm，并進行鏡面拋光
模頭加熱方式，內置不銹鋼加熱棒加熱。
模頭材質：模頭采用模具鋼或進口合金鋼經熱處理，增加模具的使用壽命。
制品厚度：0.01mm-0.5mm
適用：CPP、CPE、PP、PE、EVA、LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE、TPU等淋膜
