X向橫梁采用??怂箍但@得專利的TRICISIONTM式(精密三角梁)橫梁設計,提供剛性質量比:輕合金橋架較傳統設計剛性提高25%,X向導軌重心降低50%,從而保證了平穩、精確的運動。移動橋上的軸承跨距更寬,降低了由于橋架自轉導致的誤差,保證了整機空間精度更高;同時降低了重復性誤差,提高了速度和加速度,使得測量效率更高。

Global classic SR is the latest generation of moving bridge style Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) from Hexagon Metrology. The high stability of measuring system can handle any common shop measurement and inspection tasks, therefore improve your inspection throughput.
Distinctive TRICISIONTMbridge design for X beam provides optimum stiffness-to-mass ratio. The light alloy bridge is 25 percent stiffer than traditional designs and the X rail has a 50 percent lower center of gravity for smooth, precise movement. Wider bearing separation than competitive bridge designs assures improved control of bridge axis roll for precise volumetric measuring accuracy, reduced repeatability errors, increased acceleration/deceleration and greater measuring throughput.
Global classic SR combines single-point probing and analog scanning in a single high performance measuring machine, also can equipped with contact or non-contact probe system. Based on the new generation of controller combines, optimizes temperature and accuracy compensation systems and advanced algorithms, global classic SR can support high-speed, high-accuracy analog open and closed loop scanning. The FastProbeTMfeature of Point, Click and Scan Technology allows a scanning prove to be used as a touch trigger probe with no loss of speed or accuracy.

② It is capable of supporting touch trigger probing system as well as other probing systems, such as analog scanning probing system and non-contact probing system.
③ The controller contains the leading technology Hexagon Metrology customized high speed control chips, each chip providing three high speed hardware position latched for each moving axis. So CMM’s axes can always move at high speed with high precision.

TESASTAR-m can rotate in horizontal and vertical direction freely. It can be precisely indexed to reach 2952 highly repeatable attitudes with fine (5°) angular index increments. Its index speed is 90° in 2 seconds and can handles up to300 mmlong probe extensions. TESASTAR-mp is a touch-trigger probe consisting of two main parts, one probe body and one mounting module. It could ensure a repositioning repeatable within 2μm whilstallowing manual or automatic probe changing with no need of recurrent qualification. The common M8 threaded connection permits a direct assembly with nearly all existing measuring heads, whether manually operated or motor driven. There are four modules available could provide varying measuring forces from 0.055 N to 0.10 N. TESASTAR-mp is the ideal solution for fast and accurate coordinate measurement of part features.
